• To ensure that you always have your customer’s authority to act on their behalf, and their permission to pass information to Leek Building Society. The Society reserves the right to contact the customer.
• Where you’re requesting a material change to the mortgage alongside the product transfer, it is your responsibility to ensure you provide the following by email to mort.admin@leekbs.co.uk:
  • Affordability assessment reference number using the Affordability Calculator
  • Evidence of income for your client(s)
• That you accept responsibility for the data protection of your customer’s data on the system, website & online intermediary portal.
• You agree to communicate to the society where you have identified an individual as vulnerable, so that we can provide any additional support that they may require throughout their application.
