We're committed to providing excellent service to all our members and are continuously improving our processes and facilities to ensure your accessibility needs are being met.

  • All our branches are accessible for wheelchair users, and have accessible ground floor interview rooms.

  • Every branch has a power-assisted or automated entrance door.

  • Each of our 12 branches have been refurbished to improve the layout and accessibility for members. This includes lower desk positions in the engagement zones and private meeting rooms.

  • Our Head Office and branch on St Edward Street, can be accessed through our accessible entrance via our visitor’s car park at the rear of the building, or via the side entrance on Strangman Street.  Further information about visiting our Head Office Building can be found below.


Our aim is to communicate with you clearly and concisely to ensure your accessibility needs are being met. With this, we've taken steps to provide as many key communications as possible to you in accessible formats. If you'd like to change the way we communicate with you, you can let us know of your individual needs either in branch or by calling 0800 093 0004.

We can provide communications in other formats, such as large print, braille, and audio when requested, for the items listed below, for both Savings and Mortgage products.

We'll aim to provide you with these communications as soon as possible but will update you on the timescales involved when requested.

Our branch and Head Office staff are always willing to assess each customer’s individual needs to ensure we provide communications suitable to the individual, so please feel free to have a confidential chat to a member of our team so that we can make sure your needs are being met.
