Job Purpose & Scope
We’re looking for a commercially focused and relationship-led Business Savings Development Manager to help position Leek Building Society as a trusted savings partner within our local business communities.
This is a highly visible role combining business development, professional networking and relationship management. You’ll proactively connect with local businesses, SMEs, community partners and professional networks across Leek and the surrounding areas, using these relationships to generate leads and attract new business savings customers.
You’ll manage business customers throughout the full lifecycle of their relationship with the Society, from providing guidance during onboarding through to conducting regular reviews, identifying further deposit opportunities and supporting long-term retention and balance growth.
You’ll also represent the Society at networking events, conferences, business forums and community activities, helping to strengthen our profile and reputation. Internally, you’ll work closely with our branch teams, Marketing, Risk and Compliance while acting as a subject matter expert for business savings products.

Job Purpose & Scope
We’re looking for an organised and delivery-focused Test Lead to coordinate and support testing across our projects and change initiatives.
This is a varied role combining test leadership and governance with practical test analysis and execution. You’ll plan and coordinate testing activity, help create and execute test scripts, oversee defect management and maintain clear traceability between requirements, test cases, defects and outcomes.
Working with project teams and business colleagues, you’ll ensure testing is structured, proportionate and appropriately evidenced. You’ll also provide clear reporting on progress, coverage, quality, risks and implementation readiness.
This is a hands-on opportunity. You’ll contribute directly to testing where needed, including preparing test data, writing scripts, executing tests, reviewing evidence and helping teams demonstrate that requirements have been appropriately tested before implementation.

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Savings Assistant to join our Savings team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You’ll provide efficient and accurate operational support for savings activities across the Society. This will include responding to enquiries, processing savings account instructions, checking documentation and maintaining accurate customer and account records.
Working collaboratively with branch and central teams, you’ll help deliver a positive customer experience while ensuring that savings processes are completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory and procedural requirements. You’ll also have opportunities to identify improvements that strengthen our processes, service standards and customer outcomes.
