    Employment type: HR & Facilities Co-ordinator, Full Time, Permanent, Internal and External.

     

    Job Purpose & Scope

    The HR & Facilities Co-ordinator is an exciting and varied role working across both the HR & Facilities teams. The role will play a key part in supporting our health and safety compliance and organising external contractors. The role will also work with managers from across the Society predominantly supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Be organised and proactive in their approach
    • Be confident and effective in their communication to external and internal stakeholders
    • Have experience of working in an administrative role
    • Have some knowledge of health and safety requirements within an office environment
