Non-homeowner Buy to Let - if you don’t own the property you live in, but still want to buy or re-mortgage a property to let out, then this mortgage is for you.

Holiday Lets – if you’re looking to buy or re-mortgage a property that’s offered for let on a short-term, holiday let basis for at least 210 days per year, then this is for you.
Limited Company Buy to Let – if you wish to purchase or re-mortgage a buy to let property which is, or will be, owned by a Limited Company set up as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for holding and letting residential investment property.
