If you’re looking to buy or re-mortgage an investment property, we offer a wide range of options:

 

 Residential Investment Buy to Let – our standard buy to let mortgage is for properties that you let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy to someone who is not related to you.

 Regulated Buy to Let - like our standard buy to let, but where your rental property is occupied by an immediate family member.

 Non-homeowner Buy to Let - if you don’t own the property you live in, but still want to buy or re-mortgage a property to let out, then this mortgage is for you.

 Portfolio Landlords – if you have 4 or more mortgaged Buy to Let properties, get in touch to talk about how we can help you.

 Holiday Lets – if you’re looking to buy or re-mortgage a property that’s offered for let on a short-term, holiday let basis for at least 210 days per year, then this is for you.

 Limited Company Buy to Let – if you wish to purchase or re-mortgage a buy to let property which is, or will be, owned by a Limited Company set up as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for holding and letting residential investment property.

Representative Example (based on a Non-portfolio Investment Property purchase):

The Annual Percentage Rate of Charge (APRC) varies with the circumstances of each mortgage. Here is a representative example of a loan secured on your investment property: A mortgage of £250,000.00 on an interest only basis payable over 25 years initially on a fixed rate for 5 years fixed at 5.38% and then on our Standard Variable Rate (SVR) of 8.24% (variable) for the remaining 20 years you would pay:
1 monthly repayment of £36.75, followed by
60 monthly repayments of £1,115.99, followed by
240 monthly repayments of £1,705.09
1 final payment of £250,000.00
The total amount payable would be £727,852.75 made up of the loan amount of £250,000.00 plus interest (£476,217.75), product fee of £1,495, a funds transfer fee of £20 and legal fee of £120. The overall cost for comparison is 7.4% APRC representative.
Please note: the example above is for a non-portfolio investment property purchase only and assumes a payment date of 1st of the month. If you choose to pay your mortgage later in the month this will affect payments and could result in a higher APRC.
