To enter please complete and return the Member Survey questionnaire, which can be found in your 2024 Annual General Meeting mailing pack or complete the survey online.
The winner will receive £250 of High Street vouchers in the form of a gift card.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Only one entry per person.
The closing date for receipt of surveys is 12 noon on 20 April 2024.
From all Surveys completed, one overall winner will be chosen at random on 3 May 2024 and will be contacted within 14 days from then by email or telephone.
The winner may be required to participate in all publicity required by Leek Building Society arising from this survey.
Your contact details for this offer will be used by Leek Building Society to get in touch to arrange delivery. We would only send you any marketing information on our products and services depending on the marketing preferences you have chosen, which can be changed at any time. The prize is non-transferable.
