You need to be

• Be at least 18 years old
   
• Live in the UK
   
• Be a UK/Irish citizen or EU/EEA/Swiss citizens with settled status. For citizens from other countries, you must have been resident in the UK for the last 2 years with a non-conditional and permanent right to reside.

We can lend up to:

• A maximum of 4.49 times your gross salary, subject to an affordability assessment which takes into consideration your income and outgoings.
• 95% of the property value up to a maximum of £1.5 million, subject to our loan to value limits.

• We offer a mortgage between 5 and 40 years, subject to loan to value limits and lending criteria.
• The term of the mortgage must finish before your 85th Birthday.

• Our residential mortgages are only available for properties in England and Wales

• Our shared ownership products are only available for properties in England

• We can lend up to a maximum of 4.49 times a sole or joint income.
• This is subject to an affordability assessment considering your individual circumstances, income, and outgoings.
• Your household household incomes needs to be below £90,000 in London, or £80,000 outside of London. This is only available for residential purchases.
• We can lend up to 95% of your share
• Your share to be a minimum of 25% of the property price up to 75% of the property price
• We can offer shared ownership loans for a minimum of £25,000 and a maximum loan size of £500,000.

• We offer a mortgage between 5 and 40 years.
• The term of the mortgage must finish before your 70th Birthday.

• Only available on a Capital and interest repayment strategy

• Older persons shared ownership, designated protected/rural areas and home ownership for people with longer term disability (HOLD) are not available through our shared ownership scheme.
