After committing to install 100 defibrillators across our four counties, we’re pleased to announce the installation of a new defibrillator at Marlfields Primary Academy on Waggs Road in Congleton.
This is our first defibrillator to be installed within the town where our Congleton branch is located, marking our eighth installation so far. Now we have this defibrillator in place, the school is better equipped to offer its pupils, teaching staff and nearby residents a critical resource in times of medical emergencies.
Our Congleton Branch Manager, Rich Czapski, said:
“It's fantastic to see a local Congleton school take part in our defibrillator programme. It’s so important to have life-saving equipment such as this on a premises that holds so many pupils, teachers and members of the local community on a day-to-day basis. I look forward to seeing who else we can support in and around the Congleton area next.”
Our Congleton branch is located on the town’s High Street, not far from where the new defibrillator has been installed.
We’ll continue to make a positive difference to our local communities, and the installation of these defibrillators further demonstrates how we’re doing just that where it matters most.
